I love being a full-time homemaker. It's the dream job I had from the time I was a little girl. The biggest drawback is not being paid a salary for it.
I am retired. So I like it a lot!!
Since I'm a retired teacher, what I like best is my pension. When I was still teaching, what I liked best was the summers off.
I like that I have the freedom to not have to be in lab at specific times. Granted, it is preferred if I am there during normal working hours, but it is okay to skip some if you make it up on the weekend or at night.
I'm a Stay at Home Mom & what I like most about my job is being able to spend all day with my favorite people in the world--my children.
I love working with people all over the world. It's inspired me to learn at least a little bit of many languages!
I don't have a job
I am a caregiver and what I love about this job is that I can help others with what they need and give them some level of happiness by helping them!
As a sahm some of the benefits is saving on daycare and after school care, being home when my kids are sick and being able to get things done while kids are in school
What I like most about my job is working from home. No wasted time traveling, or stuck in traffic and no travel expenses, plus no need to spend money for work clothes. If I could change anything, it would be having a dedicated office room to work from at home. The downside of working at home is that work spills over into personal space & time.
I like that my job allows for casual dress. If I could change anything, I'd love a higher salary and more benefits.
I'm a SAHM so I love that I get to spend time with my children and do what I want to with my time.
Great co-workers !
I love that I get to work from home when it's good for me with my job and that it's not terribly stressful. If I could change anything about it, I would love to make a little more money, of course!
I love that I get to work out puzzles and be an investigative problem solver. I love math puzzles and some of that I get to do for my job is like that.
Love my flexibility, setting my own hours/days, good pay, the ability to spend time with my family!, and rewarding work. It's hard work, but it's all good.
I feel very challenged in my job, which is usually a good thing! It definitely keeps the work interesting.
I like the flexibility and that our overall goal is improving human health.
The hours.
I love that I get to work in the consumers home.
As a Field Service technician, I "clock-in" via the internet from my home, and then leave to go to my first service call. I have NO COMMUTE.
Things changed dramatically last year.
Previously, I had to fight the morning traffic on the interstate for almost an hour, to get to a "depot" just to start my day. My personal stress level has plummeted!
My favorite part of my job is my colleagues. I've been at my company for 10 years and we have added new people, but everyone I started with is still here. We all work very hard for our clients and we have fun, too.
I enjoy my job since it allows me flexibility in hours - I work as a librarian at a private school.
I like the flexibility to set my workload how I see fit.
I like the flexibility.
I love to be able to stay at home with my kids and see them grow up.
I like that I am able to help others get their jobs done more efficiently. If I could change one thing, it would be to have a more flexible work schedule.
I like the respect and support I have in my job. I am really good at what I do and take great pride in my work. The one thing I would change is equal pay for women in the workforce and better family leave.
I am a librarian, so every day I am surrounded by BOOKS! What's not to love?
this question was easy to answer.....quitting time!
My company is employee-owned (900 employees). It gives everyone a sense of ownership and helps instill accountability. We all work to support the bottom line and in return, we are rewarded.
I love that I work at home!
My work at the Humane Society saves animal lives.
I like being able to interact with people and do interesting analysis. I wish I could work from home more often.
I get to create art by making pottery on the wheel and through hand building.
I don't have a job. I'll have to let you know what I like about it when I get one .
The people I work with!
I like how my job is flexible and I can take time off whenever I need.
I like the paycheck and a few of my coworkers. I am hoping to leave my current job for something else, right now it is stressful how much I dislike my job, but the pay is good.
I like that it's pretty easy and stable for me. I've been here over 8 years. My boss is pretty understanding and flexible about things.
I like the flexibility of working for a small business. If I need to take off time for the doctor or if my kid gets sick, it doesn't count against me.
I love being retired...It is the best job. Previously, I loved the people I worked with as well as our clients/members.
What I like MOST about my job is that it pays a living wage with benefits and I can do it comfortably. What I would CHANGE about it is more about myself than the job,I feel it is pointless work, just typing documents and regulations that only make people's lives harder. I wish I could afford to make LESS, so I could do a job with more USE in the world (but these usually pay nothing, with no benefits).
I like that my job is being MOM because I get to spend so much time with my kids and I never miss anything that they are involved in.
Fun colleagues!
I work in retail and I love being able to buy something that's on clearance while using my employee discount to score great deals. Earlier this year, I bought a $300 chair for $100 and a got a unique side table for 50% off.
I help with an after school program, elementary age children. I like the hours, my coworkers and especially the young kids. The energy is almost always positive and I love to hear their stories about the day.
I like the people I work with, it is sort of like a family.
I work with an AV/Production company and I like that no event is identical and every day is a new event.
i love being a SAHM because i get to wear comfy clothes all the time.
I work as a domestic violence advocate, and the work can be so rewarding. When I feel like participants are genuinely more empowered and safe, when I get to see them find their voice, it is incredible.
The paycheck.
Not having to go to it, since I retired. :-)
I like interacting with people.
I'm an adjunct professor, and I teach freshman courses. I love working with young people in a job that teaches ME every day. I'm constantly learning new things to pass on to my students. I get to encourage them and (occasionally) get them excited about learning.
I like how I work part time so I have more time and also it's close to my home.
The fact that it is over.
i like my coworkers the most and the flexibility
I'm a 2nd grade teacher so I love that I don't sit at a desk all day, I laugh a lot at work, every day is both kind of predictable and totally different and I have a lot of control over what my day looks like.
And, of course, beyond all those reasons, the 16 weeks of paid time off a year ain't bad.
The best part of my job is the paycheck. We were all hoping for change this year, but it didn't come. 2017 has to be better!
I like the paycheck and vacation days.
I must say that the thing I like best about my job is the people that I work with. If I didn't have them I wouldn't enjoy it half as much.
The people make the job.
I teach online so I have a flexible schedule.
I like the flexibility and being able to be creative.
I like that it provides me with the money that I need. but if I were to win the lottery I would definitely quit my job and do something I actually like.
I love being a teacher! I don't sit down all day and my students say hilarious things every day. I laugh a lot at work.
I like the freedom my job gives me.
