Disappointed that I can't review my excellent community development credit union. I still can't understand why the monstrous banks with reputations for horrible customer service keep so many accounts.
Perhaps it's time for Wise Bread to do a piece on local banking and lending.
That's a great idea! We will look into doing something like that in the future. :)
What is the name of your credit union because I reviewed my credit union in the contest?
Can we not do a review on any other place that Facebook?
Hi! If you don't want to connect with Facebook, you can do a "quick review" that has an option for email signup. Then you can enter! (here is an example, courtesy of Knowyourbank: http://www.knowyourbank.com/jpmorgan-chase/4521/#reviews)
Hi - Could you please add in the rules section that this only applies to US banks?
Thanks!
Sorry that wasn't already included! It has been added.
I have gone to "Submit my Review" and then clicking does nothing. Not sure why or how to fix it!
You are the first to report this issue! If you are still having the problem, you can opt to do a "quick review" instead (here is an example of where you can do a quick review, courtesy of Knowyourbank: http://www.knowyourbank.com/jpmorgan-chase/4521/#reviews)! Let me know if that works for you. :)
I have tried submitting my review a few times. I am unbelievable frustrated and give up.
Hi Rich! Sorry to hear you are having trouble. If you would prefer to do a quick review on Knowyourbank's website, you can use that to enter too! (example: http://www.knowyourbank.com/jpmorgan-chase/4521/#reviews)
The search engine really stinks. There are so many banks with the same name, that it's too hard to find the correct one.
Apparently my bank isn't even listed. First, the search engine REALLY stinks - there are so many banks with the same name, there should be an advanced search. Next, I tried to find a bank in my zip code, and it doesn't even list my local banks. How can we enter if our bank is not listed?
Hi Nancy! If your bank isn't listed, you can use code 00000 to enter.
Hi Everyone! Quick update for those of you having difficulty entering. Knowyourbank has been hard at work to rectify the issue and things should be working smoother now! If for some reason you are still having trouble submitting, make sure Javascript is enabled.
Perhaps they could revamp their search engine to make it a lot more user-friendly! LOL!
What a great idea, giving saving tips during the holiday, and giving away awesome prizes.
