I use business cards when I meet clients for the first time
I only use them occasionally, if someone needs to follow up with me about something.
Yes, I used business cards when I go to professional conferences, in order to give people my contact information and to keep my name in their thoughts - if only for a bit - should a job opportunity come around that might work for me.
I have used them for a gumball business we use to have
no, I seldom use business cards, because I dont need them
I have a steady supply that I use from work. It's a must when meeting with clients and government contacts.
i do not use business cards because i do not have a need.
Absolutely! I love handing out business cards, they have each have a unique photo on the back so the people can get a taste of my work.
No, I have never used business cards.
I used business cards a couple of years ago, merely for novelty's sake - giving them to new friends and so on. (I'd gotten them for free from VistaPrint lol) I don't use them at all now because, well, networking and getting contacts in the industry is kind of useless when you have a dead-end warehouse job. :(

I use them at work to hand out to prospective clients, but don't typically carry them around with me.
I don't because I am a stay at home mom now. I used to a lot (worked in Human Resources and attended a lot of job fairs). I always keep a handful of my husbands to enter into drawings for a free lunch.
Actually, it's my husband who uses business cards--I haven't used them since I stopped working.
Yes, I use business cards--I'm in sales.
I don't network very much and my business doesn't supply business cards except for the highest level of personnel, so I don't have any :(.

I don't ue business cards.
I don't use any because I dont have any even though I need them!
I use business cards for networking at conferences, seminars, and colloquia that I attend, as a way to maintain contact with other professionals and to continue to share ideas and opportunities on an ongoing basis. Thanks!

I have used business cards when I was working, but now that I am looking for work, I am creating new ones with my contact info and some things about me that make me stand out, such as "Amateur photographer/currently building portfolio", and "Food/Nutrition Blogging Enthusiast". Not only do I tell them how to contact me, but I also give people a snippet into what I like doing/am planning on doing and they have a contact in case they are interested in similar goals. At the very least, they can contact me and ask, "Are you doing photography professionally now? If so, I am interested in looking at your portfolio."
We hand out business cards at the Farmer's Markets we sell at. Customers really like the magnetic ones. We are on refrigerators everywhere!
I love your samples above. We will have to think about doing something different for this summer.
I don't; my husband does. He is a salesman, I'm an accounting clerk/receptionist.
I don't currently have business cards - I'm waiting for my invitation to buy some of these: http://blog.sfgate.com/hottopics/2012/01/16/diamond-studded-business-car...

Yes, I have used them in the past. When I was an Avon rep, I would include my card with their purchase then later realized it was a waste considering my information was on the booklets.
I don't have them as of now but working on a design to use for my part time business. Could use some help with that.
I use business cards that are mostly blank, except for my name and email address printed (in a classy font) at the top of the card. That way I can write in info for each person I hand them to. Apparently it's more memorable for people so they are more likely to remember me.
I occasionally use business cards at conferences, but I usually just put their information in my phone and look them up later on LinkedIn or Facebook.
I use business cards alot. Great to pass out at conferences and meetings.
Yes. I have used business cards and continue to use them. I use them when I am networking and also when I meet people for the first time and the conversation become lengthy. I also use them when I need to jot down notes when I do not have a spare piece of paper. I keep a few in my wallets, several in my car and a number of them in my portfolio and my computer briefcase.
No, I don't use business cards, because I've never thought of using them. I should get some cards with my name, phone number, and email address so that I can pass them out to acquaintances.

I use business cards for our small business. I always hand them out to potential clients and friends.
I use business cards to connect widows with one another and to send people to my blog.

I don't currently use business cards but when I was working I did. I have thought about getting some to hand out to Moms. (Easier than finding a piece of paper!)

Yes I've used business cards. I mostly use them for marketing events and networking.
Business Cards are a great way to make a first impression, and most people will hold onto them for a while.
I definitely use business cards...I have worked in community developmen for years and am always meeting people.

I don't use business cards as often as I did a decade ago, but they are always good to have nonetheless !
I used them when I worked as a Makeup Artist. CUrrently I do not use them.
Have you used business cards? Very rarely. Most of my work is virtual, so my email signature is my business card.

No, not currently because of finances.
I have business cards from my workplace, which I use at professional networking events or occasionally when I need to provide contact information at a business for getting personal information about a product. For example, we selected a printer at the local Staples this week and asked them to hold it until the next morning. Rather than writing down my name and phone number, I gave the salesman a card.
Also, my husband and I share a social networking business card; he has one side and I have the other. It lists the URLs for websites and blogs, along with our email addresses. We ordered them through uPrinting.
Occasionally I will use one card or the other when a local restaurant has a fishbowl for a chance to win a free lunch.
I've not used business cards but my husband does
