It's around 12 oz instead of the usual 7.11 oz cup so they can put lids on them, as there have been many requests for cups with lids. 7-11 is giving away free small Slurpee's for their National Free Slurpee Day held every year on 7/11. Was in July WD Mag. 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. local time.
