OOPS. In our Deals Holiday Giveaway post yesterday,  we forgot one very important thing in our Deals Survey: an email field.

To intice those who filled out the survey yesterday before 6pm Pacific, we're adding an additional prize of $50 Amazon Gift Card. Please, please fill out the survey again and you'll definitely be entered. Let us know in the last question box that you had already filled out the survey previously.

Anyone who has filled out the updated survey (with email field) are automatically entered for both the $100 and $50 Amazon Gift Card. (If you filled out the survey after 6pm Pacific yesterday, there was an email field so you're fine.)

So sorry for the error.

Rules:

• Only one survey per person will be counted.
• Must be U.S. resident 18 or older to win
• Giveaway runs from November 19th, 2012 through December 23rd, 2012.
• $50 and $100 Amazon gift card winners will be announced Sunday, December 23rd.
